During Open Gym times a coach will be present to help athletes through the daily WOD, a previous WOD, or assist in exercises that need extra attention. During any open gym time, offered classes take precedent over both space and equipment.

Intermediate/Advanced: Mon & Thurs at 6pm; Sat at 11am
Beginner: Fri at 7pm (contact Coach Matt for additional times)
