CrossFit

The goal behind our Crossfit program is to prepare our athletes for both the known and the unknowable in their everyday lives. Whether it’s to run a marathon, complete a sprint triathlon, perform well in an Olympic or powerlifting meet, or simple be able to be ready for the everyday challenges life may throw at them, our Crossfit program is designed to help prepare you for that challenge.

The class combines body weight movements, barbell movements, kettlebells, running, rowing, jump ropes, etc. to provide an hour long workout that improves both overall strength and endurance.
